March Rare Disease Awareness MONTH: Humira, my Christian Walk and my Journey this year

I have been on Humira since the first weekend in January 2016. It has taken awhile but I believe it is starting to work.  Most of my outward signs of Behcet's are slowly disappearing but with Behcet's you never know when it is going to strike or where.
 

So this week it struck again.  Its not as bad as it was but still frustrating to know that it will strike again at any given moment out of the blue. Researchers are making new discoveries and it is no longer being tribute to only the "Silk Road" area.  I have acquaintances all over the globe who suffer from this same disease.

I still have many days where I don't feel up to doing a lot. 
But I push thru and get things done even if
 I don't want to even "cat" today.

2 Peter 1:3-9

⁵ For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; ⁶ and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; ⁷ and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love. ⁸ For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. ⁹ But whoever does not have them is nearsighted and blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their past sins.  NIV

 

² Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, ³ as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, ⁴ by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.⁵ But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, ⁶ to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, ⁷ to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. ⁸ For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. ⁹ For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins. NKJV

 So why did I post 3 versions of the bible for this one passage???

 

I did this to prove a point, one version of the Holy Bible isn't better then another as long as the heart reading it, is open to the message being read.

 So putting that aside what a wonderful & encouraging message our God has given us! A gentle reminder what we as Christians should be doing and how we should be living. And a reminder that he sent His son to Die for OUR SINS!  Our sins have been wiped clean away through the blood of Jesus. Lets stop the bickering about the little stuff.
Let us start living with the love of God in our hearts all the time.

 Went to the Oregon coast February 20-21

I love the ocean. Listening to waves crashing against the rocks. I love watching the sea lions fight for positions on the docks. I could sit there for hours as long as it isn't cold or rainy
 (I melt don't you know).
